Welcome to the ToS section of the page! Thank you for checking it out. Please make sure to read through these thoroughly before buying my designs or commissioning artwork from me. ill know if u dont, bc i also know ur ip addressMultiple violations of my ToS will result in me being very sad so like... yk
Due to multiple recent events, I am ONLY ACCEPTING PREPAYMENTS. This is non-negotiable unless you are a repeat client and have not fucked me over previously. I will happy accept later payments from clients I trust and have previously bought from me :3Payments are preferably accepted upon order placement. However, if you are concerned, I will also accept payment after the sketch has been completed. I will not accept payments at a later date and I will not continue on the artwork unless I have been paid in full.Payment plans are open for discussion, however they are not my favourite thing due to the taxes PayPal takes every payment. I will not accept split payments for orders below $200.Do not commission me if you do not have funds prepared.
Please respond in a reasonable timeframe and do not waste my time. If you're busy, please tell me so I can work on other projects! I do not want to be ghosted for multiple days without warning </3

At the end of the day if you make a purchase from me, it's yours. the only criteria is crediting me for my work (i dont mind if you're using it for jokes and shitposts though, this is mostly for pfps/banners etc)
